Configuring Digital Gift Cards – Watch Video

Now that you have enabled Digital Gift cards, you can customise the pre-set values and set the minimum & maximum Gift Card values.

You can change any of the pre-set values or add additional amounts to suit your business needs.

The Custom Amount Range pre defines the minimum & maximum gift card values you customer can choose from.

Email customisation section allow you to customise the message sent out to the person receiving the gift card.

This is how this message will appear on a recipients phone or email.

You can replace this image with your own design (recommended size 600 x 300 pixels & .PNG format) or you can add a further 9 images to suit your card sales campaigns. To add an addition image(s)

Select step 2 Choose files Navigate to where you have your stored images and save the image, once completed it will appear alongside the default card. You can make any card active/inactive by setting the slider accordingly.

Select step 3 to copy the short code that you or or web designer can embed into a CTA (call to action) button on your website or social media platforms.
