Setting Up A Loyalty Point System

Loyalty points are assigned based on a points to value system.

• Select More > Loyalty Points
• Tick the relevant boxes for earning points for services and/or products.
• Set the amount of points earned for the required spend.

In terms of rewards, there are two options.

OPTION ONE – DISCOUNT

• Click ‘Add New Discount’ to set up a monetary reward for redeeming points.
• Here, you can set a discount reward based on a set number of points redeemed. The below example shows options for a £5 or £10 discount if the customer redeems 500 or 1000 points respectively.

OPTION TWO – SERVICES & PRODUCTS

• Here, you can search for a service or a product and assign a point valuation required to redeem said service/product.

• When you are finished, go to the top of the page and click ‘Save’.
